Sherene’s Wedding

Dearest Sherene got married! I love attending weddings. It’s always wonderful to see your friends now happy and blissful.

I haven’t seen Ivy since Yingwei’s wedding and she told me her turn is coming! Gong xi loh!


Then we spotted Yuan Xing in the crowd and quickly called out to him!

Shortly after we found our table and sat down, a familiar figure joined us at our table. Our NIE lecturer—胡月宝老师! And we all greeted her “老师！”见到她很开心，毕竟她是我最尊重的老师之一！可是，跟她同桌还是感觉有一点 stress….


A very touching moment here… Sherene’s hubby knew it was her dream to be a princess and he actually made props (try very hard to spot the castle behind the bride!) and sang her a song. Sherene cries very easily, not to mention at that very very touching moment! I started to tear too… then, I realized Pauline was tearing too. hahah…
Pauline and I are like 2 mummies who are marrying off our daughter.. hahaha!


Yipei and Qingxian!
These two came late and apparently Qingxian told us she waited one hour for Yipei sweetie…oops…


Sherene’s best friend sang a song especially for her on this very important day…

Ivy, Yuan Xing and I were happily trying to recall our NIE days and talking about the stupid things we do and jokes we made. Sigh, those were the days man!

We need a hairstyle revamp…

Dear Dear and I managed to squeeze out a little time in between our busy schedule this week to FINALLY do something about our hair. He chopped off his long hair for his reservist and the cut wasn’t very good so he need to go back to his stylist to do some ‘repair’ work. hahah… For my case, I haven’t cut my hair for tooooo long. The last time I cut was at the hair show I did with Gen, so it was at least half a year ago! Gosh… Anyway, both of us wanted to colour our hair too!


Bleaching in process before putting on the colour…
His hair miraculously turned from a rich black to yellow! Eeks!


I didn’t have to bleach. Either because the colour I chose was not as light as the colour he chose, or my hair is very fine so it takes in colour easily… No idea… But I was glad im spared that bleaching process. If not, im going to turn into a blonde when the colour fades off. o_0

Mid-Autumn Festival

It’s the festival for family reunions so Dear Dear and I were rushing back to his mama’s house for dinner then rushing down to my parents’ house.

Meisan’s Wedding!

Meishan was my JC classmate and NUS classmate and she’s now Mrs Wang already! We rarely got chances to meet up since everyone is so busy with work and family. So weddings are really wonderful times to witness your buddies finding happiness and also catching up with old friends!

Congrats Meishan! Really felt very happy for you!
